Add support for no metadata ore dictionary entries -> ModID:ItemID[:Metadata or a metadata range of :start-end] from ModID:ItemID:Metadata or meta range (obligatory)

Fix

  • typo in getOreDictionaryName()'s switch, making it unable to register bobblehead ore dictionary
  • '' in config file making everything in between a string. '' now remain unsupported
