Level 10 Enchantments

Compatibility-only port of the current 1.5.1 gameplay baseline to Minecraft 1.20.3.

• Preserves the same 26-rule acquisition, balance, anvil, Mending X, Elytra, compatibility-surcharge, and client-name-rendering behavior as the verified 1.20.2 adapter.
• Density, Wind Burst, and Lunge are not backported, and trial-vault sources are absent.
• No additional gameplay-facing source adaptation was required beyond target dependencies, metadata, and verification.
• Passed a real Fabric Server startup, GitHub CI, and CodeQL with Java 17, Fabric Loader 0.19.3, and Fabric API 0.91.1+1.20.3.

Minecraft 1.20.3 兼容移植：

• 完整保留已验收 1.20.2 适配器相同的 26 条规则，以及获取、平衡、铁砧、经验修补 X、鞘翅、互斥附加费和客户端名称渲染行为。
• 不反向移植致密、风爆和突进，也不加入旧版不存在的试炼宝库来源。
• 除目标依赖、元数据和校验外，无需额外的玩法源码适配。
• 已通过真实 Fabric Server 启动、GitHub CI 和 CodeQL；构建使用 Java 17、Fabric Loader 0.19.3 与 Fabric API 0.91.1+1.20.3。
