Level 10 Enchantments

Compatibility-only port of the current 1.5.1 gameplay baseline to Minecraft 1.21.5.

• Preserves all acquisition, balance, anvil, effect, Elytra, and client-rendering policies.
• Contains the 28 supported rules available in this vanilla release; Lunge is not backported.
• Adapts the version-specific villager-data, custom-data, and enchantment-instance accessors without changing trades or enchanting behavior.
• Built and verified independently and by GitHub CI and CodeQL with Java 21, Fabric Loader 0.19.3, and Fabric API 0.128.2+1.21.5.

Minecraft 1.21.5 兼容移植：

• 完整保留当前 1.5.1 的获取、平衡、铁砧、效果、鞘翅和客户端渲染策略。
• 保留该原版版本实际支持的 28 条规则，不反向移植尚不存在的突进附魔。
• 仅适配该版本村民数据、自定义数据和附魔实例访问器，不改变交易或附魔行为。
• 已完成独立构建及 GitHub CI/CodeQL 校验；使用 Java 21、Fabric Loader 0.19.3 与 Fabric API 0.128.2+1.21.5。
