Level 10 Enchantments

Compatibility-only port of the current 1.5.1 gameplay baseline to Minecraft 1.20.1.

• Preserves the same acquisition, balance, anvil, Mending X, Elytra, compatibility-surcharge, and client-name-rendering policies.
• Contains the 26 enchantment rules available in this vanilla release; Density, Wind Burst, and Lunge are not backported, and trial-vault sources are absent.
• Uses version-equivalent legacy code and Mixin adapters because 1.20.1 predates data-driven enchantments.
• Passed unit/resource checks, a real Fabric Server startup to Done, GitHub CI, and CodeQL with Java 17, Fabric Loader 0.19.3, and Fabric API 0.92.11+1.20.1.

Minecraft 1.20.1 兼容移植：

• 完整保留当前 1.5.1 的获取、平衡、铁砧、经验修补 X、鞘翅、互斥附加费及客户端名称渲染策略。
• 保留该原版版本实际支持的 26 条附魔规则，不反向移植致密、风爆和突进，也不加入旧版不存在的试炼宝库来源。
• 由于 1.20.1 尚未采用数据驱动附魔，使用版本等价的旧版代码与 Mixin 适配。
• 已通过单元/资源校验、真实 Fabric Server 启动至 Done、GitHub CI 和 CodeQL；构建使用 Java 17、Fabric Loader 0.19.3 与 Fabric API 0.92.11+1.20.1。
