You can find them mostly near Water in Savanna Biomes.

An Oat Field in between some heavy Create Machinery. Oat is one of the new Crops you'll get with Meadow.

Thats how the overhauled Meadow looks like: A lot of different alpine flowers, dense vegetation - a nice place to be!

A Meadow Clearing Biome next to a Meadow Forest. In distance you can also see a swiss mountain Chalet inspired building - another Building provided by Meadow. Shoutout to BigTonyMC for letting me use his Design.
