Added:

- tooltips to see which enchant (fortune/silk touch) is currently active

- a toggle to turn that tooltip on/off

Fixed:

- now when you shift+right click while having fortune/silk touch thing off, you won't be able to change the enchant like in older versions

- now shift+right click checks if you have a tool with fortune and silk touch in hand before allowing you to change the enchant
