đ ī¸ Let Me Get Out! (NeoForge/Fabric 1.21.1)
Have you ever felt bad for trapping Villagers inside tiny 1x1 cells just to get cheaper Mending books? Or wondered why the "intelligent" residents of Minecraft villages allow themselves to be caged without a fight?
Those days are officially over! Let Me Get Out! breathes a survival instinct into Villagers. When they are locked away, they take their fate into their own hands.
đĨ Features
- đ§ Smart Escape AI (BFS): The mod utilizes a highly sophisticated search algorithm. If a Villager has fewer than 30 walkable blocks in their surrounding area, they recognize the trap and actively look for the weakest block to break out.
- âī¸ Realistic Block Mining: Villagers don't just cheat-delete blocks. They look at the block, swing their arm, generate original block-hitting sounds, and create real cracks in the block!
- âī¸ Balanced Mining Speed: The harder the block (e.g., Iron Blocks vs. Wood), the longer the Villager takes to destroy it. Obsidian is (almost) impossible for them!
- đĒĩ Door & Gate Detection: Open wooden doors or fence gates are recognized by Villagers as escape routes â meaning they won't destroy anything unnecessarily if a path is open.
- đ Integrated Debug Stick: Not sure if your Villager is stuck or what they are currently working on? Simply hit them in Creative (or Survival mode) with a normal Barrier to instantly see all AI data in the chat!
đšī¸ The Debug System (How it works)
Hold a regular stick in your hand and right-click a Villager to open the hidden admin menu. It shows you:
- Whether the Villager is currently considered "Trapped".
- How many walkable blocks they see around them.
- Which block (coordinates & name) they are currently trying to mine.
- The exact progress of the current mining process in percent.
đ Installation & Compatibility
- Version: Minecraft 1.21.1
- Modloader: NeoForge (Optional: Fabric, depending on what you compiled)
- Server-Side: The mod runs entirely server-side! Players do not need to have the mod installed to play on your server (Vanilla client compatible!).
