Now i understand there isn't much use for this, you can just set the value to 0 with a command and then its disabled.. but i've just made this to prevent it on my aternos server, since aternos servers will change the timer to 30 minutes if you try to set it to higher than 30 (or disable it with 0)

So this mod will just bypass the setting and have the server return 0 at all times, making the game think its disabled no matter the setting that may or may not be controlled by external forces.
