Let It Grow

Lets cactus and sugar cane grow higher

So you know the stupid limit of 3 on the cactus and sugar cane? Not anymore, you don't. Let It Grow increases the growth limit on cactus and sugar cane to 256! No more growth restrictions. This mod shouldn't conflict with your other mods, but let me know in the comments if it does! All it does is change the sugarcane and cactus growth limit. If any other oddities occur, let me know in the comments
