Grilled steak:

Made by cooking steak in a campfire.

Higher nutritional value and saturation than regular ol' steak

Brisket:

Brisket can be made by smelting seasoned steak in a smoker

Chicken wings:

Raw chicken wings can be made from whole raw chicken in a crafting table.

Cook raw chicken wings in a furnace to obtain Cooked chicken wings

Boiled eggs:

Made by cooking regular eggs in a furnace.

Fried egg:

Made by cooking Boiled eggs in a furnace

Salt:

Salt clumps can be found in place of iron and copper ores, clay and gravel. Mine clumps to obtain salt chunks which can be further crafted into salt grains.

You can add salt grains to steak to increase nutritional value and saturation.

Pepper:

Pepper leaves can be found in place of jungle and oak leaves, pepper berries can be turned into pepper which can be added to steak and combined with salt makes seasoned steak.

Butter & Fat:

Fat is made through smoking milk, fat chunks can be separated into individual fat which can be crafted with salt to make butter sticks. Butter sticks can be thrown and do high knockback on hit.

Cheese:

Cheese can be made by smelting milk in a blast furnace. Cheese buckets can be separated into regular cheese, put 4 cheese in crafting to obtain

cheese chunks.

Curry:

Made using 3 cooked chicken, 2 sugar, a mushroom soup, salt and pepper. Curry is a very effective source of saturation and food despite being unstackable. 3 can also be put into a bucket to make a curry bucket.
