# Lenscape

A small client-side library for Fabric that lets other mods hide first-person screen overlays. It does nothing on its own: install it only when another mod you use lists it as a requirement.

## What it does

ScreenFX provides the hooks, and the mods that depend on it decide when to use them. These overlays are supported:

- **Portal overlay**: the Nether Portal overlay shown while you stand in a portal.
- **Underwater overlay**: the blue overlay shown while your view is underwater.
- **Inside-block overlay**: the block texture shown while your view is inside a block.

The vignette and the damage camera tilt are not included, because vanilla already has options for both.

## Requirements

- Minecraft 26.3
- Fabric Loader 0.19.5 or newer
- Java 25
- Fabric API is **not** required

## Installation

Put the jar in your `mods` folder next to the mod that requires it. ScreenFX is client-side only, so do not install it on a server.
