Legendary Fishing [Cobblemon]

## 🎣 Overview
Legendary Fishing is a Cobblemon addon that introduces a brand-new way to encounter rare and powerful Water-type Legendary Pokémon: through fishing! Grab your Master Rod, find the perfect biome, and test your luck to hook a Legend.

## ✨ Features
* Smart Pity System: Having bad luck? Every failed attempt slightly increases your catch chance. Your dedication will eventually be rewarded with a guaranteed encounter.
* Immersive Conditions: Legendaries won't just spawn anywhere. You need to hunt them in their natural habitats under specific weather conditions.

## 📖 How to Catch
To start your hunt, you must use a Master Rod. Standard rods will not trigger Legendary encounters.

💧 Manaphy
* Biome: Any Water biome (Oceans, Rivers, Beaches).
* Weather: Any.
* Requirements: Just patience and your Master Rod!

🌊 Kyogre
* Biome: Deep Ocean biomes (including Terralith deep oceans).
* Weather: Raining.

## 💻 Commands

• /legendaryfishing test
  • Checks and displays if your current location, biome, and weather meet the necessary spawning conditions to catch Kyogre or Manaphy.
• /legendaryfishing chance
  • Shows your exact current probability of catching the Legendary Pokémon on your next successful cast.
• /legendaryfishing <kyogre | manaphy> set <value>
  • Sets the exact number of catch attempts (pity points) for either Kyogre or Manaphy
• /legendaryfishing <kyogre | manaphy> reset
  • Instantly resets the catch attempts back to 0 for the specified Legendary Pokémon.
