What's new

- The full-screen World Map is back — press M. The original's 2048×2048 hand-rendered map of the whole world in its border frame, with you, your current objective (gold) and hunting grounds (cyan) marked live, plus your region and coordinates.
- Every mob variant wears its real skin again — all 13 zombie variants, the whole bandit family (Outlaw, Thief, Bandit, Bandit Leader, Rogue, Cannibal, Desert Bandit, Nether Warrior), the four elemental Warriors, the wisp colors, the Ice Ogre, the Skilled Mage — selected exactly as the original assigned them.
- The original's boss-fight bar — a nearby story boss's name and health now hang on the recovered bar art.
- The target readout uses the original's mob-info frame, level in the portrait square where it belongs.
- Port Juno's citizens have five recovered wardrobes, and Al Salir's desert city has its own people — desert villagers and a desert-robed guard in their recovered skins.
- The Eifel Mods logo opens the prologue, as the original's cutscene intended.

Armor that matches its item card

Verified against the complete original: worn-armor skins were never shipped in any version — equipped custom armor was broken in 1.5.1 too. All 26 worn layers have been newly generated from each material's own item art, transferring its real shading ramp: fire runs dark-red through orange into gold highlights, cobalt wears blue, titanium green, infinity violet. Hand-drawn layers drop in and take over automatically.

Unfinished by the original — realized

- Professions are real. Mining/Thiefing/Merchandising always displayed at level 1 with no way to advance and no effect. Now, on the original's own exp curve: Mining levels from breaking ore (+1%/level double-drop chance, cap 25%), Thiefing from bandit kills (bonus coins every 5 levels), Merchandising from Sell Block sales (+1%/level on prices, cap +20%). Shown on the Attributes screen.
- The "Zombie" sidequest has its quest-giver. Walter stands on Port Juno's main street: bring him 10 Rotten Flesh for the board's authored 25 gold. Tracked in the Quest Log with the original's status wording.
- Verified never-existed (nothing to port): class abilities, the Mage Book shop, class re-rolling.

Fixes

- Inventory no longer locks up after closing a shop or dialogue with Escape.
- Purchases work with a full hotbar — items no longer look like they vanished into thin air.
- The death screen respawns on the first click, with a shorter button lockout.
- Mobs and NPCs visibly hold their weapons — bandit daggers, mage staffs, guard swords, the ogre's club. The held-item render layer was missing entirely.
- The wild boar flood is over — boars spawned outside the monster cap and never despawned; wisps had the same cap leak. All three holes closed.
- Port Juno is a safe zone — no monster spawns naturally inside the city walls.
- Teleports land on solid dry ground, never mid-air or open water.
- NPCs turn to face you when you approach.
- The Innkeeper's screen matches its artwork — speech in the text box, buttons under the bed and food icons.
- The Vulcano is one region on the map display, desert-painted ground and all.
- The Skill Tree shows each mastery's live bonus and next threshold (Arcane Mastery pays every 10 ranks — the original's own math; now it's visible).
- Minimap arrow can no longer turn invisible; the map footer stays on-screen at wide coordinates.
