Legacy Hals Exploration Mod

-optimized for VR/low end devices

-is quite an out dated version, has quite a few bugs from 1.3 that were fixed onward, will have some patches fixing them

as of release i am aware that in the VR version that:

  -airships cant be controlled vertically unless in VR

  -planes don't have any flight script attached(idk what happened, easy to remake, just time consuming)

  -the armour uv is messed up(again)
