Left Side Effects HUD Placement

Moves status effect icons and timers to the left side of your screen and repositions them neatly outside the inventory window, replacing the default right-side layout.

You can see the name of the effect when you hover over it in your inventory.
Added a few colors. Good effects are now blue, and bad ones are red when you hover over them.
When the time is running out, the text is red.
