+ Added multiple common infected skins which are randomly chosen to have a bit more variation.

+++ Made pinning zombies a lot less deadly when a player is alone by unpinning players which are pinned automatically when playing single player. This allows you to continue playing even after being pounced on by a hunter etc... (This is only in single player).
