PLUGIN UPDATES
Coloured rain: servers can tint your rain, and it ignores resource packs that restyle rain. They can also make it rain everywhere, deserts and snowy biomes included. Disaster effects: new effects for tornadoes, tsunamis, dust storms, meteors, eruptions and storm skies, including a dust veil that blinds you inside a dust storm and a green sky for acid rain.
PLUGIN FIXES
Smooth moving effects: effects a server moves around now glide to their new spot instead of jumping there. Effect depth: effects sort correctly against the world around them. Lighter walls: the dust storm and tsunami walls cost far fewer frames.
