Like rabbits in vanilla, animal mobs now drop hides which can be turned into leather using a tanning rack.

Fixes loot table modifiers so leather removal allows for hide drops (e.g. cow).
Fixes configuration settings to actually apply.
Removes replacable property from tanning rack because it's annoying.
