* Added the "all" configuration for sided devices, which allows both input and output.
* Disabled extraction from sides configured for input.
* Added the Mass Assembler IO Port, which allows you to insert and extract patterns using machines.
* Fixed bug where configuring sides on a crystal energizer crashed the game.
