Lava Layer Adjuster

Fixes MC-237017 by adjusting the hard-coded lava layer to the bedrock dynamically.

This mod aims to correct MC-237017 by dynamically adjusting the hardcoded lava layer to the actual bedrock layer. Mostly targetted at worlds using Tectonic to extend the world depth past vanilla. This will fix fragmented, sub-sea lava chunks and prevent caves from being 100% lava below Y level (-54).
