The New Shutters

Additions: 
- two-blocks wide Shutters!
- Quark Azalea Shutter 
- Translations to Russian and German (thanks to rey_zex)

Fixes:
- Gingerbread Shutter finaly available for survival (from Snowy Spirit)
- Texturefixes to a more Vanilla Style(Bamboo, Mangrove)
- Shutters ignore more Blocks now when they are fully opening
- Some shutters from discontinued mods were taken out
- when placed, shutters now face in the other direction, making it easier to use
- instead of 2 you now get 4 when crafting a shutter (doubled the amount)
