Last Stand HQ turns every player's base into a ticking clock. Place a single banner to claim your Headquarters — but that's the only chance you get. Lose it, and you're one death away from watching the rest of the game from spectator mode. Forever.

How It Works

🚩 Claim your HQ — Place any vanilla banner and it instantly becomes your Headquarters. This is a permanent, one-time choice: place one banner, ever. No do-overs, no relocating, no backup base.

🛏️ Respawn point — While your HQ banner stands, you respawn right there on death, just like a bed.

🔨 Doubles as a crafting table — Right-click your HQ banner to open a full 3×3 crafting grid.

🛡️ Built to survive a siege — Your HQ banner (and whatever block it's resting on or mounted to) takes a flat 30 seconds to mine, no matter the tool or enchantments — Efficiency and Haste do nothing. It's also fully immune to ordinary explosions (TNT, creepers, beds) — only a truly massive, nuke-scale blast can bring it down.

⚡ When it falls, everyone knows — The instant your HQ is destroyed, lightning strikes the spot, your screen flashes "Your HQ Has Fallen," and a server-wide chat message calls you out by name. You're officially on your last life.

☠️ Permanent spectator — The next time you die after your HQ falls, you're locked into spectator mode for good. It persists through server restarts, and even sticks if an admin tries to manually change your gamemode back.

🛠️ Admin controls — /hq status lets anyone check their own state. /hq reset <player> and /hq resetall let admins wipe a player's (or everyone's) status and give them a fresh start.
