• Fix armor prefixes of the same name not stacking: every configured prefix modifier reused one UUID per (prefix, attribute) pair, and equipment attributes are keyed by UUID, so each worn piece overwrote the previous one and only the last equipped piece stayed effective. Armor prefix modifiers are now re-keyed per equipment slot, which keeps the ids deterministic for clean removal while letting e.g. four "Exalted" pieces all apply.
