Laser Creeper Robot Dino Riders From Space

Added New (old) lightmap to laser beams so they can be seen at night.

Tried for a second time to stop Laser Creepers shooting after death - but their cyborg ways find new methods to elude me.

Changed some internal spawning things due to complaints.

Changed T-R3X spawning to 1 per chunk and fixed riders spawning without mounts.
