Sinestro story — introduced in 0.1.17

• Speak to Ganthet at Oa’s Council, then receive his translucent green projection briefing in the Overworld.
• Completing the briefing unlocks Korugar, featuring alien terrain, Sinestro’s arena, and a return platform.
• Personal missions share one world boss. Retreating preserves Sinestro’s remaining health.
• Defeating Sinestro automatically drops his bound ring and transfers him to Spazkaban.
• Eligible players receive personal Technique Scrolls. Late arrivals can claim theirs through the aftermath mission.
