quick fix to repair some crafting recipes
- added crafting recipe for saddles that ulocks with the first Tech Tier
- changed the broken crafting recipe for cargo sleigh to include a regular saddle instead of the old, unobtainable backseat cushion item
- recipes for crafting-'cheat'-books (red, blue and green recipe books) are no longer given upon joining a world. They are only available in creative mode
