• added ability for "adventure jacket": now automatically protects from freezing in powder snow

• added ability for "roller engine": can now toggle between "roll" and "drive" mode. 

- in "drive" mode you can now harvest crops

• changed fuel consumption rate of coal (now all vehicles consume less coal, number can be changed in config)
• fixed boat spawning and height issues

weapons

• weapon ammunition: crafting now requires crafting empty cartidges first
• weapons:

- added single bullet reload for carbine and shotgun

- added dual wielding for pistols

- reduced smg ammo to 40

- smg can now only be fired while sneaking
