What's new

Added a new type of floppa flakes: CHARGED FLOPPA FLAKES

these are crafted out of 4 creeper skulls. These give high haste, speed, and saturation. 

Updated the recipe for the golden floppa flakes: 1 normal floppa flakes around surrounded with golden blocks.
