This license applies to the Minecraft mod **Kuta Items**, including its original source code, compiled code, textures, models, sounds, animations, artwork, documentation, and other original content created by Motojuster702.
By downloading, installing, using, or creating an addon for Kuta Items, you agree to the terms of this license.

## 1. Personal Use
You are free to:
* Download and use Kuta Items for personal purposes.
* Use Kuta Items in single-player and multiplayer Minecraft.
* Include Kuta Items in Minecraft modpacks.
* Create videos, screenshots, streams, reviews, guides, and other content featuring Kuta Items.

## 2. Redistribution
You may **not** independently redistribute, re-upload, mirror, or provide copies of the Kuta Items mod for download.
This includes:
* Re-uploading the mod to another website.

## 4. Addons and Complementary Mods
You are explicitly permitted to create and publicly distribute **independent addons, expansions, compatibility mods, integrations, and other complementary modifications** for Kuta Items.
Such projects may:
* Add new items.
* Add new evolutions.
* Add new abilities or mechanics.
* Add compatibility with other mods.
* Extend or interact with Kuta Items.
* Use publicly available APIs, registries, events, tags, or other interfaces provided for addon development.
* Be distributed on platforms such as CurseForge, Modrinth, GitHub, or similar platforms.
* Be included in modpacks.
### Addon Requirements
An addon must:
1. Require Kuta Items as a dependency when it uses functionality provided by Kuta Items.
2. Remain an independent project.
3. Clearly state that it is an **unofficial addon for Kuta Items**.
4. Not claim to be created, owned, or officially endorsed by Motojuster702.
5. Not redistribute the Kuta Items `.jar` file.
6. Not contain copied source code or assets from Kuta Items unless explicitly permitted.
