Kuronami's Trophies

Added

• Trophies defined in datapack JSON and awarded with /trophy award, once per player, engraved with the recipient's name and the date
• Combined trophies that arrive by themselves once a player holds every trophy they require
• Built-in looks: a metal statue of any item, a cup, a crest and a star, in copper, silver, gold or diamond, on a large or small pedestal, or a model the pack draws itself
• Placed trophies keep their engraving, hang on a shelf when placed against a wall, and can only be broken by their recipient, an operator or a creative player
