Description
Kryzenth
A sky-born adventure mod. Rare metals fall from the sky, hidden biomes rise from the sea, and an ancient tower hides a cosmic horror waiting at its top.
Kryzenth adds a full progression path built around three rare metals, each with its own visual style, tools, 3D armor and unique powers. Along the way you explore a rare island biome, tame mythical mounts, fight through a dungeon tower and face a giant boss.
Three Rare Metals
Kryzenth: the metal from the stars
Meteors fall at night over mountain biomes and leave smoking craters lined with Kryzenth Ore. Meteors are the only way to obtain it. Kryzenth gear is Lovecraftian in style, with bone-green blades, acid eyes and tentacles. It outperforms netherite, and every piece grants a special power. Combine a Kryzenth tool with Moon Silver in an anvil to create its Lunar version, crackling with purple lightning.
Moon Silver: the Nordic metal
Found deep in high, frozen peaks. Moon Silver gear has a Nordic design: wolf helmets, gold trim, fur capes and blue runes that light up in sequence. Wearing the full set grants the Child of the Moon blessing at night.
Eclipsium: the strongest metal of all
Fuse Kryzenth and Moon Silver at the Fusion Bench to forge Eclipsium. Its tools, armor and bow are fully animated, with starry void surfaces, pulsing cyan edges and turning eclipse rings. The full set grants Child of the Celestial, the strongest blessing in the mod, and lets you fly on giant wings covered in watching green eyes.
Features
- Detailed 3D armor for every metal: tentacle crowns, wolf helmets, eclipse coronas, steampunk boilers and more.
- Animated tools and weapons: lightning, glowing runes, spinning gears and twinkling stars.
- Unique bows, including a bow that fires three arrows at once.
- A shield for every metal, each with its own effect when blocking.
- Flight: Kryzenth wings and the giant Eclipsium wings.
The Pale Grove
A rare biome that appears only as an island in the open ocean. White trees with blood-red cores grow there over pale grass, surrounded by gray sand beaches. The island holds ancient ruins and nests of the Miasmor, a one-eyed green blaze. Glowing Pale Blooms light up the night, and the red parts of the pale wood glow with PBR-compatible shaders. A complete pale wood building set is included.
Creatures
- Lirial: a tiger-striped fox-deer with flowering antlers and a huge plume tail. Tame it, ride it and breed it. It comes in three color variants.
- Lunareth: the Guardian of the Ice Moon, found in frozen mountains. It can only be tamed with Moon Silver. Once tamed, it can be ridden and breathes a freezing beam. A rare Amethyst variant shines with intense lunar light.
- Miasmor: a one-eyed green blaze that hurls poisonous green fire.
- Ancient Knights: zombified soldiers in steampunk armor. Some carry semi-automatic crossbows.
The Dark Tower
A rare four-floor dungeon guarded by Ancient Knights. Its chests hold Ancient Copper, the only source of steampunk tools, gear-covered 3D armor and a semi-automatic crossbow.
When you reach the open arena at the top, the sky tears open and a meteor falls into the arena. From it emerges Kryzthar, the Abyssal Eye: a giant, fully animated cosmic horror that slams, fires eye beams, hurls toxic orbs and summons its knights. Defeat it to claim its exclusive scythe and the Abyssal Heart, the key to forging Eclipsium.
