Kronentroll's Graves 1.0.3 for Minecraft 26.2
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Kronentroll's Graves 1.0.3
Version 1.0.3 is a major protection, restoration and quality-of-life update.
Added
Automatic grave compasses
- Physical graves automatically provide their owner with a compass after respawn.
- Compasses are no longer processed as death drops.
- Previously virtual graves can provide a compass when placed later.
- Existing compasses can be updated instead of duplicated.
- Automatic delivery never drops a compass on the ground when the inventory is full.
- Invalid and duplicate grave compasses can be cleaned up automatically.
Nearby placement protection
- Added configurable placement protection around physical graves.
- Solid blocks cannot be placed directly next to protected graves by default.
- Water buckets, flowing water and waterlogging remain allowed.
- Lava buckets and lava flow are blocked inside the protected area by default.
- Horizontal and vertical protection radii are configurable.
- Operator bypass behavior is configurable.
Configuration and audit logging
- Updated the configuration schema to version 3.
- Added descriptions for existing and new configuration options.
- Existing values are preserved during migration.
- Added audit entries for normal and shift-click item removal.
- Audit entries can include the actor, grave, item identifier, amount, transfer method and remaining contents.
- Full books, container contents and unrestricted item-component data are not serialized.
Improved
Inventory and hotbar restoration
- The compass belonging to a grave is removed before complete restoration.
- This applies to the emerald button, sneak-right-click and administrative restoration.
- Original inventory and hotbar slots are prioritized.
- Items collected after death are moved away from original slots when safe space is available.
- Newly collected items prefer originally empty main-inventory slots before hotbar slots.
- Existing unrelated items are never overwritten.
- Contents that cannot be restored safely remain inside the grave.
Emergency-platform protection
- Registered emergency-platform blocks cannot be broken by players, including in Creative mode.
- Registered platform Obsidian does not drop as an item.
- Platforms remain protected from explosions and pistons.
- Automatic cleanup replaces registered platform blocks directly with air and creates no drops.
- Normal Obsidian outside registered emergency platforms remains unaffected.
Grave and client synchronization
- The supporting block directly below a physical non-empty grave is protected.
- A supporting block that was already missing can still be replaced.
- Rejected placements now synchronize affected blocks, neighboring block states, the active hand slot, the inventory and the open menu.
- Blocked placements no longer leave ghost blocks or incorrect stack counts.
Localization
- Added English and German translations for solid-block and lava-placement protection.
- Removed hard-coded German protection messages.
- Protection messages now respect each player's selected language.
Fixed
- Fixed automatic grave compasses dropping beside the grave with the player head.
- Fixed containers failing to open while the player held a block.
- Fixed blocked placements temporarily consuming or hiding an item until the slot was clicked.
- Fixed lava buckets being usable directly next to graves.
- Fixed lava flowing into protected grave areas.
- Fixed blocks below graves being removable while replacement was blocked.
- Preserved the existing Totem of Undying, player-head, empty-grave and administrative-access fixes.

Notes
- Exact restoration of every original slot requires enough free space to relocate items collected after death.
- If safe space is unavailable, current items are preserved and incompatible grave contents remain stored.
- Automatic compass delivery does not drop a compass when the inventory is full. Use
/grave compass <number>to request it manually. - Existing player heads and grave compasses are not rewritten automatically unless handled by their normal validation process.
