A quick put-together mod for a 1.20.1 pirate-themed Minecraft server I'm currently in.
If anyone other than me decides to use this Origin, there's a minor bug where the ability to see underwater and the Kraken screech share the same key bind. I couldn't be bothered to fix it, but it isn't game-breaking if you don't mind a minor inconvenience. Anyways, abilities are listed below.
Big: Being a guardian of the ocean, you’re naturally bigger to match your ego. You're now six blocks with twenty hearts rather than the regular two with ten. Your hunger depletes 50% faster, and you are unable to use elytras or mount mobs under reasonable circumstances...
Eldritch's Grasp: PRIMARY KEY: You're able to pick up mobs and players.
Kraken Screech: SECONDARY KEY: Channel your voice into a powerful sonic screech that damages, stuns, and pushes back enemies.
Water Dependant: You're unable to stay out of the water for long, becoming slower on land and eventually dehydrating. However, since you thrive in the water, you can swim, mine, and breathe underwater with ease.
Limited weaponry...: As a guardian, you require a signature weapon. You've only ever learned to fight using a trident, meaning you cannot wield swords, axes, or bows in combat. On the upside, your trident deals increased damage!
