This mod adds features chosen by my YouTube Audience!
Version 1: The Nightmare Update (suggested by Rangerfudd)
Added the White Pumpkin mini-boss, darker nights, fireflies, phantom revamp and torch/lanterns breaking when held too long.
The White Pumpkin has a 1/10 chance to spawn at midnight. You can increase the odds by being in a deep dark or dark forest, standing on a pumpkin or holding a minecart. The White Pumpkin on its first attack will slash your health down to 1.5 hearts. If it touches you, you go blind. It only has 40 HP. If you kill it, it drops a White Carved Pumpkin.
When in a dark area with a light level less than 8, you will gain the blindness and darkness effects. To fix this, brighten up the area around you or hold a torch or lantern. When using a torch or lantern to cure the darkness, there is a chance it will shatter on the ground and spawn fire around you. When in the darkness, firefly particles will spawn around you to slightly light the way.
Phantoms have a chance to pull you out of bed when you are trying to sleep. All phantoms now have the ability to carry you into the sky. The phantoms that spawn while you are sleeping have 2 HP to make it easier to counter, but there is a chance for up to 4 to spawn.
Version 2: The Parasite Update (suggested by Frosteddd)
In the nether, you have a chance to gain a Parasitic Infection that will limit your max health and break blocks below you. Wash off the infection with a water cauldron.
Version 3: The Snake Update (made by me)
When you break a log, there is a 20% chance for a snake to spawn. If you kill a snake, it will drop snake skin. With snake skin, you can craft a Purse that stores 3 stacks of items.
Version 4: The Airstrike Update (suggested by Hiruuka)
Adds two new mobs and three new items. The Agent Zombie when killed spawns a Nuke Creeper above your head and the only way to prevent the explosion is to step on the Defuser and input the correct code (good luck figuring it out). The Nuke Creeper can also spawn naturally and can be defused by right clicking it with a wrench (crafted with 2 copper and 2 iron). A flare gun can also be crafted with copper, flint and steel, iron nugget and gunpowder. When used, it has a 75% chance of spawning an airstrike Nuke Creeper but a 25% to spawn a loot crate with helpful goodies inside!
Version 5: The Nightmare Update II (suggested by Rangerfudd)
There are two new status effects. The Fear status effects with activate when you are hit by a mob people are typically scared of. Every time you are hit with the effect already active, it will increase by 1 level. When the effect reaches level 5, it turns into Insomnia. Insomnia makes it so you cannot sleep. You can also get insomnia if Phantoms spawn in your sleep. When you have Insomnia, invisible spiders will spawn more often at night as well as Vampire Silverfish with the ability to bite you.
