Shift+Click behavior and configuration update.

Added

• Shift+Click refill scope configuration
• Player Inventory Only mode (default)
• All Containers mode
• Disabled mode
• simple in-game config screen
• optional Mod Menu config integration on Fabric
• native config screen integration on Forge and NeoForge

Fixed

• Shift+Click from player inventory to containers now transfers items normally
• crafting result stacks no longer refill the offhand one item at a time
• container transfer direction is handled correctly

Notes

F-key offhand refill behavior is unchanged.
