What's new
- Added Shiny Charm item with config (default is 3x multiplier)
- Added Lure items for each pokemon gen/region.
- While in your inventory these items drastically increase the spawn rate of pokemon from those regions.
- Both of these are configurable in mod settings or with /kog commands.
