What's new

Since Forge did a lot of changes that broke mods, I went ahead and updated the mod to work on the latest version of Forge for 1.19.

Change Log
* Updated to Forge 41.0.94 and is now the minimum version.
* Added a config that allows you to disable cactus destroying dropped items. This fixes MC-3532.
