Kitsu's ForgeCraft

This release introduces weapon upgrading, weapon and tool repairing through the Sharpening Bench, extensive weapon crafting. Slight tweaks to weapon bonuses and effects.
Chisels can now be picked up by sneak clicking with an empty hand.

This is a beta release. I've done testing but i'm sure they may be a few bugs left to figure out. 
Please create an issue or report in Discord. PLEASE DO NOT report bugs on the forum site.
