KingSlayer Diet Fix is a lightweight Forge addon for Minecraft 1.20.1 that changes how the Diet mod handles nutrition decay. By default, Diet mainly punishes players when their visible hunger bar drops, which can make saturation-heavy foods too forgiving. This addon makes Diet values decay from saturation loss as well, so nutrition drains more naturally during sprinting, combat, travel, and other high-exertion gameplay.
The result is a harsher and more believable survival experience. Foods with high saturation no longer let players ignore Diet for long stretches, and overall nutrition becomes something that must be actively maintained instead of easily bypassed.
