Kingdom RCT League for Cobblemon

Adds a new RCT league based on the players of the Kingdom SMP server.

This mod adds a new League for Radical Cobblemon Trainers. It includes the standard 8 Gym Leaders, 4 Elite Four members, and 1 Champion, as well as a rival to fight multiple times during the run. 

This mod also adds 10 gym badges, which are compatible with BadgeBox.

If Navas's ZA Megas are installed, some of this mod's trainers will use those megas in their teams.
