KILL Mobs on look

When you look at mobs they DIE!!

Also there is Configurable gamerules

/gamerule deathOnLook true/false – toggles the mod on or off.

/gamerule deathOnLookRange 1-200 - Change the kill range, the default is 30 blocks.
