Creates custom blocks from Minecraft's hidden debug textures, debug.png and debug2.png.

Description
Creates custom blocks from Minecraft's hidden debug textures, debug.png and debug2.png, and adds them to the Operator Utilities creative mode tab.
Debug2 has new textures for the sides and bottom to ensure that everything is still pointing in the correct direction.
