a relatively simple security mod, adding redstone key card scanners, you can craft a key card, program a code into it, and then use it to trigger redstone, allowing you to lock iron doors, redstone machines, etc.
Kezrah's Security is a simple security mod allowing you to make key card scanners programmed with any code, and then program a key card with the same code to trigger the scanner, outputting a redstone pulse with variable length.
