Keystone Reliquary adds a plethora of trinket/curio items that you can equip to gain massive upsides for massive downsides.
These items intend to completely change the way you play, to both take advantage of the upside and compensate for the downside.
The supported Attribute mods are currently Extraspellattributes (my own mod) and RPGMana
You can simply not include these mods and the game will launch, but no items will register.
You can have either or as well, you dont need the mana mod if you dont want it, and you dont need extraspellattributes if you dont want it. Missing attributes simply will prevent the respective item from registering and appearing.
These items are found in loot pools and are registered as T4 accessories within the RPG series.
