Key Dimension: Escape from Dungeon

1. Added "Treasure" rooms! These are locked rooms with a 0.05% spawn chance; they can be opened using a Netherite Key and contain higher-tier loot chests.
2. All dungeon keys are now single-use items.
3. Added two new commands for locating specific rare rooms within dungeons: `/dungeon locate cave` and `/dungeon locate treasure`.
4. Fixed an issue where the states of fences and water bodies within mine-themed rooms were not updating correctly.
