What's new
Settings are no longer re-applied on every launch - the tier applies once per (tier, mod version), so anything you change yourself stays changed. Audio defaults are now Master 20% and Music 10%, seeded once rather than re-imposed. The Cinematic tier has been removed; an install that had picked it now reads as High. Re-opening the setup flow no longer resets volumes you had already set.
