KEO Roulette 1.2.0

• Added two-player blackjack against an automated dealer on Block Jackpot's blackjack machine.
  • Six-deck shoe, the dealer stands on soft 17, and blackjack pays 3:2.
  • Hit, stand, double, split up to four hands, double after split, insurance, and even money.
  • Even wagers from 2 to 20 coins.
• Added Mines on Block Jackpot's Ore Hunt machine.
  • 4×4 board with 2, 3, or 5 mines and even wagers from 2 to 10 coins.
  • Cash out unlocks after two safe tiles. The return is capped at 100 coins and cashes out automatically.
• Blackjack and Mines stakes are held until the round is settled. If the server stops during a round, the stake is refunded.
• Roulette now settles each round once with a logged round identity, so an interrupted spin never takes coins twice.
• Added roulette limits per bet family: 12 coins on straight numbers, and 5 coins on each outside family. Servers upgrading from 1.1.x must raise apuestaMaxima from 10 to 37 in config/keoruleta-server.toml; existing files keep 10.
• Blackjack and Mines start disabled (blackjackHabilitado, minesHabilitado). Operators register tables with /keoruleta blackjack registrar|quitar|listar and /keoruleta mines registrar|quitar|listar.
• Players with KEO Roulette 1.1.x can still join and play roulette. Using a blackjack or Mines table asks them to update.
• Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, and Block Jackpot: Casino Machines 0.0.6 or newer.
