Fixes:

• - Ceramic pressing recipes won't consume the mold anymore
• - SOFC Mk I & II now consume fuel each second instead of each tick.
    This gave the generator way better efficiency due to rounding issues, so I had to change it.
• - TFFT Tooltip now mentions that you need a maintenance hatch and where to place it.
• - TFFT Scanner data power usage should now correctly scale with increased consumption due to
    maintenance issues.

• - Popular request: Added one more Storage Field tier for the TFFT. Also slightly adjusted some of the recipes.
