Keep It Healthy is a Minecraft mod designed to bring a realistic survival experience to the game. It introduces a variety of mechanics that challenge players to manage their health carefully. Survival is no longer just about hunger—your body is now part of the equation.

Features

Wounds & Infected Wounds

Sustain injuries from combat or accidents.
Untreated wounds can become infected, reducing your health regeneration and mobility.

Broken Bones

Fall from great heights or take high-impact damage and risk breaking bones.
Movement becomes slow and painful, requiring small movements or leg cast to heal.

Fatigue & Sanity

Pushing yourself too hard without rest will lead to fatigue, affecting your speed and decision-making.
Prolonged isolation or exposure to danger impacts your sanity, with visual and auditory hallucinations.

Cold & Salmonella

Stay warm to avoid catching a cold; exposure to wet and cold environments increases your risk.
Beware of eating raw or spoiled food, as it may cause salmonella, leading to nausea and weakness.

Bandages, Morphine, and Disinfectant

Use bandages to stop bleeding, disinfectant to clean wounds, and morphine to alleviate severe pain.

Internal Damage

High-impact events can cause internal injuries, which slowly drain health and require proper care to recover.

Revive Mechanic

Players can cling to life when their health falls below 3 points. Revive teammates to keep the adventure going.

Simple Temperature System

Stay mindful of your environment—extreme heat or cold will affect your body temperature and survival chances.
