Tired of spending hours digging through ancient forum posts to finally get the right command for your command block to give the player an effect? And then, it doesn't work next version, because something with commands changed again! 

WELL NO MORE! Introducing Kaupenjoe's Powerful Parkour Blocks:

Currently adding one block which will give the player an effect. The effect, duration and the level can be selected inside the block's GUI:
